There is wireless internet at the hotel. Please check with the hotel staff on the right network to use, the login procedure and credentials upon arrival in the hotel. Please remember to pack your plug adapters since the AC power plug type used in your country might differ from the type C Europlug plug used in Rwanda.
There is an emergency medical room at the venue but participants should ensure they pack all their usual medications sufficient for the duration of the stay.
The local currency is Rwandan Franc (FRW) which is currently changed at the rate 1/875 ($/FRW) http://www.oanda.com/. The hotel would help you change your money in case of an emergency and you are asked to ask the Hotel staff when in need of this service.
